Office Supplies Anyone?

Some of my co-workers are helping me to remember to take my pics everyday. I fall behind posting them so they keep me accountable. Haha! Needless to say, my pics will usually be at work for awhile! Today we received our weekly supply order. Yep that's right...we order supplies every week! Any one need some binders? Those attorneys sure do!

Aunt's Day

Did everyone know that July 26th is Aunt/Uncle Day?!?! It's kinda unofficial so it's like a little Hallmark holiday. But it does exist! Google it! So that Monday morning was not going as planned. I was stressed and going all over the place. But then the receptionist called me and said I had a package at the front desk. I go up there and my handsome little nephew was sitting in his stroller with flowers! He surprised me on my first Aunt's Day! It totally made my day and I almost started crying! I also took him around the office to show off to everyone. It was one of the best days of my life!

Ouch

After my relaxing Saturday, I needed Aloe Vera desperately. I took a picture of my sunburn but decided not to scare everyone! Also did you know you could put Aloe in the fridge, let it get really cool then rub it in. It felt a little better...

Best Saturday Ever...

I did not have one thing on my calendar this Saturday. It was such a blessing! I made a list of things I wanted to get done and marked them off as I went through the day! One of them was to get a little sun while I catch up on my magazines. However the sun made my skin a little red so that was a bummer! ;)

Boxes, boxes everywhere

We have a huge project at work! I am just helping since I have some free time. We are recalling boxes of documents that were sent off site and deciding if they can be destroyed or not. Usually it is yes since the documents are from 2000!

It was girl's night again last night! Good times with some good friends. We went to one of our favorite places...can you guess where??

It's that time of the week when everywhere in SD sells tacos for only $2! From Rubio's to Pacific Beach! Gotta love it! The going away festivities for a friend continue... Tune in tomorrow for some more!

New Cafe

Today KK and I celebrated with Nat for her birthday. We went to this adorable little cafe up the street. A lot of our cafes are closing so it's exciting when we find a new one. Can't wait to try it again! Next time we are bringing our books!

Wedding Bliss

I currently have three jobs, technically. On this hot and humid Saturday, I worked all day at one of my jobs. As the wedding coordinator at my church, I make sure everything (and I mean everything) runs smoothly throughout the day. I did not realize what I was in for. But I did it! In the end it was fun and I am sooo ready for the next one! I was exhausted and so glad to relax after the long day.

Pretend Teller

When we all were little girls and boys, we dreamt about jobs we wanted to do when we grew up. One of mine was a bank teller. Well I get to live my dream everyday. This is our remote deposit machine. His name is Trey. He scans in our checks and I finish the deposit through the internet. Pretty awesome huh?!?!

Christmas Already??

Tonight we had an intense but fun meeting regarding Christmas events for the church. Roo ran the meeting and we all gave ideas, thoughts and opinions. We got a lot done and we are dreaming big! I was the secretary so I typed everything out. Now we just have to present it to the boss...

Silly Girls

Some friends at work were teasing me because I am so behind on my blog. I have the pictures but I just need to post them! So I told them to smile and they could help me finish the week! Haha. So they did! It's such a blessing to have friends at work and enjoy spending time with them. It's also nice to laugh a lot!

Every once in awhile, I choose to post a pic of my nephew. He is growing so fast and is so fun to hang out with. I simply enjoy being with him! He always makes me in a good mood! His mom sent me this pic and I just love it!

Hostess with the Mostess

Two Sundays out of the month I help pass out programs, collect offering and count the attendance. You would think that only twice is easy. But it takes time and I HAVE to be there! On the other hand, it is nice to greet people as they walk in and get to know new faces. I also like it when MY friends come to my door!

Good-bye

So not gonna lie...I am a little sad about these good-byes that I have to say! A new friend of mine (on the right) is moving to DC for a great job opportunity. I met her through a friend at work and we all always had fun. Tonight was one of many events before she leaves at the end of this month. She created her list of things she wanted to do so we are helping her accomplish them! :)

Wow these boys sounded soo good live! No joke! A-m-a-z-i-n-g! I wish they were coming back soon. Lil HM and I went and I got my fav drink from the venue. Yum!

Candy Dish

This is the infamous candy that is on my desk everyday. I can't have candy in it that I like because then I eat it all. So these Werthers hard and chewy candies do not tempt me. However there are others in my office that enjoy them very much. They only come into my office to get candy and say hi! :)

So everytime I hear a Lady Gaga song, I think of a very special Cali girl who moved to Florida! I took this pic as "Bad Romance" was playing! xoxo

Roomie

My roomie bought a little wipe board for our apartment. We write little love notes to each other. It makes me smile in the morning! :)

Happy 4th!

The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. It is Roo's favorite too. We went to the Padres game. It was watching the festivities.

Fav Place

We went to the Exchange again! It was fun! I love shopping and feeling like I am saving $$! I bought a pair of shoes, two shirts, two pairs of sunglasses and who knows what else... hehe

So today I almost lived a scene from the movie Office Space. I wish I could have thrown my printer out of our 10th story window. So frustrating on a Friday afternoon...
