Happy Halloween

I hope everyone had a fun Halloween. I passed out candy at James and Stephanie's house. But the most fun was seeing Cash all dressed up. Can you tell what he was? A sweet pea!

Let the festivities begin...

Today was the Big Sister League's Halloween party. Here the girls are doing the cake walk. They love it! Getting a whole cake for themselves is a big thing!

2 hours later...

Tonight I went to Target to print off some pictures from Vegas and the pumpkin patch. Of course their printer broke so I had to wait for the guy who could fix it to get back from his break. 2 hours later I was done. It's not safe for me to be stuck in Target for 2 hours...I could end up spending a lot of money! Surprisingly I didn't. :)

Annual Workplace Law Seminar

Every year my firm puts on a workplace law seminar for our clients and potential clients. We had the most attendees this year. I received an Academy award from one of our partners for my performance in the video skits that we did. They were based off the TV show "The Office." He called me the Queen of the Night. I had to act like a punk girl interviewing for a job. I think we might put the videos on YouTube so I will let you all know!

LG Action

Today was Life Group time. We had a variety of snacks again and 12 people! Always helps with Monday night football on too!

Pumpkin Patch

As Roo put it: 1 Gma, 1 Gpops, 1 Gramye, 1 Grampe, 1 Mommy, 1 Daddy, 1 Auntie, 1 patch, over 1,000 pumkins, 5 horses, 5 chickens, 1 goat and 1 adorable 7 month nephew! Cash had 7 people following him around at the pumpkin patch today! Too fun!

Unpacking

I can't decide if I dislike packing or unpacking more... Actually neither are that horrible to me because both involve organizing which I love! :)

Vegas Attractions

Roo and I went to the Titanic exhibit at the Luxor hotel. They had stories, pictures, audio, artifacts and so much regarding that horrible event in history. Even though what happened that awful evening of April 1912, it is so intriguing to me. Not because I saw the Hollywood movie about 4 times in the theater but just everything about it.

Today was also one of those days where there were so many opportunities to take a picture but I totally forgot. For example, the wedding was this evening and did I get a pic on my phone? No of course not. But I did get a lot on my regular camera! It was fun seeing and visiting with family. Cash was a hit!

Retail Therapy

While the girls were eating, I strolled around the outdoor mall with Cash in Vegas. We had some auntie and nephew bonding time. I saw these cute Juicy sunglasses and took a quick pic. I showed Cash this cute pink, Juicy teddy bear but he was not feelin it!

Vegas Baby

Flew to Vegas today for my cousin's wedding. 3 hours traveling bets 6 hours driving in a car for sure! Btw that's the strip in the far background. Can you tell by all of the lights?

Rain Rain Go Away

So I actually don't mind the rain but couldn't think of a fun title. It has been a little wet here in So Cal. But it always clears up.

Birthday for Roo

Time to celebrate with Mom! She is such a giving, loving, inspirational and encouraging person. I couldn't ask for anything more! I love you Roo! xoxo

My Big Boy Nephew

Cash got his first tooth and he is eating baby food! I can't believe how fast he is growing. BTW can you read his bib? "My Aunt is Hot and Single" Oh yay! Go Cash!

Boat Fun

As Perkins, his wife and I were shopping at the tourist shops at Mission Beach, we saw this hilarious t-shirt. I almost bought it for some other special friends! Wink wink!

Visitors

A friend from college and his wife came into town tonight for a short visit. It was so fun catching up and spending time together. Tomorrow morning I get to play tour guide for the morning! :)

Can't Stop Smiling

Today was another great weigh in. I lost 2.5 which makes a total loss of 21.5! Woo hoo! I started two months ago so I hope I can keep it up! By the way this is a pic of my personal drawer at work. It's full of food.

Gym Time

I tried the little gym room that my apartment complex has and I loved it. No one is ever in there and I am now motivated to work out. I wish I had more time to work out...this week has been a little crazy busy. Next week is just as bad...

I had today off of work. Thanks Columbus! So what did I do? Shopping of course. This guy better not hit my car with his door! Ugh...

VIP Style

Today we reserved the VIP room at The Press Box in Rancho San Diego. It was an unofficial celebration for Roo's birthday. Even though the Chargers lost and they played like Pop Warner football, it was fun hanging out with family and friends. The best part was of course Cashton. He is wearing his Chargers stuff that Auntie bought him!

Car Wash

I think I have already posted a similar picture but not for sure. After all of the rain, Chanel needed a bath desperately! All better now!

B-dubbs

Tonight I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. It was about 45 minutes away but totally worth it. They are in every town in the Mid-West and I was excited to go. College football was on every TV! There was probably about 50 in whole place.

It's Gonna Be a Good, Good Day

My weigh in this week was a lot better than the last one. Minus 5! Woo hoo! I was really strict and it paid off. That leaves minus 19 total!

New Fall Dishes

I finally bought new candy dishes for my desk since mine broke. I went to like 5 Target stores to find the same one but no such luck!

2 months to go...

I can't believe Christmas is almost here. I have been helping Roo with Christmas stuff at church. Our eyes are always peeled for good deals on decorations or whatever. Cute movie signs huh?

Chick Flick

Today Roo, Lil HM and I went to the movies. We saw the chick flick "You Again." It was cute but I feel they could have used experiences that happened to me in high school for a more real effect. :) Don't we all say that!

Oktoberfest

This Saturday was my first time to Oktoberfest. I was so surprised to see how packed it was. We could not even walk much less stop at a booth and shop. It reminded me of the fair. Since it is free, I think a lot of people show up. It did get me in the fall mood a little tho...this picture doesn't do the event justice.

Cali Clouds

I sent this to my bff in Florida for her cloud exchange. I dunno if it made the cut but it's really funny to think that I was standing outside my dry cleaning place, waiting for a plane to fly over me. Once it did, it was this little, dinky plane. Oh well...here it is for my Friday pic.
